Matthew is the first book in our New Testament—the first book to present the good news about the historical Jesus.  It’s time for us to take a careful look at what Matthew teaches us about this Jesus.  Who was he? Why was he born? What kind of power did he have? Why did he die? Did he rise from the dead? What demands does he make on our lives in the 21st century?
